After a distinguished career with the U.S. Coast Guard serving on three oceans, he's returned home to share his maritime expertise and deep love for these waters with charter guests.

Captain Matthew Seely has been a USCG-licensed captain since 2023. Born and raised at the Lake of the Ozarks, he knows the lake inside and out—from the main channel to the quieter coves and hidden local favorites. Matthew is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and currently works as a Project Engineer in St. Louis. When he's on the water, he enjoys helping guests experience the very best of Lake of the Ozarks, whether that means scenic cruising, visiting popular waterfront destinations, or discovering local hidden gems.

Captain Bill Parker is a USCG licensed 100 ton master captain and has been operating vessels on the Lake of the Ozarks since 2001. He knows the waters around the area extremely well and has been just about everywhere. Bill is also a licensed paramedic/firefighter and operates the fire boats as needed—bringing an unmatched level of safety expertise to every charter.
