Captain Conor Bennett's connection to Lake of the Ozarks spans over four decades, beginning at his grandparents' house on the Gravois arm in 1983. After a distinguished career with the U.S. Coast Guard serving on three oceans, he's returned home to share his maritime expertise and deep love for these waters with charter guests.
Captain Tyler & First Mate Emma Burgher
25 Ton Master Captain • Father-Daughter Team
Captain Tyler Burgher brings over 20 years of Lake of the Ozarks boating experience to every charter, while his daughter Emma has been learning the maritime trade alongside him. This unique father-daughter team combines Tyler's extensive knowledge with Emma's fresh enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and professional charter experience.
Captain Matthew Seely
USCG Licensed Captain • Lake Native

Captain Matthew Seely has been a USCG-licensed captain since 2023. Born and raised at the Lake of the Ozarks, he knows the lake inside and out—from the main channel to the quieter coves and hidden local favorites. Matthew is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and currently works as a Project Engineer in St. Louis.
Captain Bill Parker
100 Ton Master Captain • Paramedic/Firefighter
"Safety will never be substituted for fun, but there's no reason you can't have both. I'll see you on the water!"
Captain Bill Parker is a USCG licensed 100 ton master captain and has been operating vessels on the Lake of the Ozarks since 2001. He knows the waters around the area extremely well. Bill is also a licensed paramedic/firefighter and operates the fire boats as needed—bringing an unmatched level of safety expertise to every charter.
Captain Mike Doll
USCG Master Captain • Safe Boating Instructor
"My passion for boating started young on the Atlantic Ocean and Florida lakes with my dad. Now I bring that same love for the water to every charter experience on Lake of the Ozarks."
Captain Mike Doll moved to Missouri in 1978 and has been on Lake of the Ozarks regularly since 2003. Mike is a licensed and insured US Coast Guard Master Captain with certification as a National Safe Boating Instructor. He's President of the Boat Captains Association of Missouri and a Water Safety Council Member.
